2. Credit System

NotlyAI provides transcription services through a credit-based system. Credits are used to process audio and video files for transcription. The number of credits required depends on the length of the media file.

Future subscription plans will add collaboration features on top of credits. Subscription charges will be billed separately, while credits will continue to power transcription and transcript chat usage. Subscription details and any associated refund terms will be communicated before launch.

3. Unused Credits

Unused credits do not expire and can be used at any time for future transcription services. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
