NotlyAI provides audio and video transcription services using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service allows users to upload audio/video files and receive transcriptions of the content.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NotlyAI. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any third-party products or services without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload, post or otherwise transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content.

6. Payments and Credits

NotlyAI operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are used to process transcriptions and transcript chat prompts and are non-refundable. Prices for credits are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change. We are developing optional subscription plans that add collaborative features—any such plans will be billed separately, continue to rely on credits for usage, and will be accompanied by updated terms when released.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NotlyAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
